The Dyngus Day Dash

Join us for an exciting run through the streets of Buffalo, NY in a uniquely festive atmosphere filled with water guns, pussy willows, and spirited camaraderie. Starting and finishing at The Central Terminal, this event offers a day of fun and fitness for all ages. Enjoy post-race celebrations with a signature beer, hot dogs, fruit, yogurt, and more. Families and strollers are welcome to partake in this vibrant community event. Volunteers are highly encouraged, with opportunities to earn service hours and join the festive post-race party.
