SwissPeaks 170 The dream of any trailer, a long crossing through the most beautiful peaks and valleys. A Valais connection that will make you dream before, during and after the race. A departure at the bottom of the “20th century building site”, the dam of the Grande Dixence. You will then cross typical and isolated villages, walk through steep slopes, wild lakes… You will discover places that you can not even imagine exist. A selective and demanding route that will let you discover the most beautiful ridges and wild paths between the Dents du Midi and Lake Geneva. SwissPeaks Marathon Varied trails around the border. Connect the mountains to the lake, from Morgins to Bouveret. “SwissPeaks-style Marathon”, in an invitation to escape, an adventure to live and share. Credit : Julien Voeffray 170 km Serge Lattion took top spot in 27:49:45. He bested Patrick Bohard who crossed the finish line une seconde behind him. The third place went to Jean-Charles Meuret with a time of 32:01:42 Top 5 Men Complete results 45 km Romain Guillet grinded past more than 134 runners to win in 05:02:40. Emmanuel Vaudan secured second in this year’s race with a time of 05:25:55. Rounding out the top three was Gérard Bagnoud with a time of 05:49:58. In the ladies race, it was Maëlle Minnig who took the top spot in 05:56:29 . Franziska Etter earned runner-up honors with a time of 06:14:19. Rounding out the top three was Victoria Seymour with a time of 06:49:39. Top 5 Men Top 5 Women Complete results 80 km Peter Van Der Zon grinded past more than 98 runners to win in 10:56:30. He finished 25 minutes 25 secondes ahead of Simon Sauteur. Thierry Kureth (11:49:11) made notched third place. In the women’s race, it was Katrin Grieger who took the top spot in 14:07:48 . Caroline Muller earned runner-up honors with a time of 14:41:31. The third place went to Marie Tâche with a time of 15:58:26 Top 5 Men Top 5 Women Complete results 30 km Dorian Marchal scored victory with a time of 03:09:25, followed by Nicolas Chauveau who finished with a time of 03:14:44. Rounding out the top three was Quentin Boinet with a time of 03:18:03. For the women, Carrie Beadle took top honors by finishing the race in 03:33:43 . Charlotte Moerman earned runner-up honors with a time of 03:43:34. Finishing third was Manon Bohard (03:56:24). Top 5 Men Top 5 Women Complete results 12 km ladies In the ladies race, Laure Cornu claimed victory with a time of 01:29:55 , ahead of Michaela Senft (01:30:06).
