Swim Neshonoc

Swim Neshonoc is an open water event held in the picturesque Lake Neshonoc, West Salem, Wisconsin. Participants can choose between two swim distances, both finishing at Swarthout Park Beach. The event features divisions based on wetsuit preferences, with the water temperature averaging around 70 degrees. Each swimmer who registers receives a swim cap, event t-shirt, finisher medal, and timed race results. The swim is supported by the La Crosse Dive Unit, lifeguards, and kayakers. Post-race nutrition, door prizes, and awards for top finishers and age group winners enhance the experience, all in support of the volunteer-led La Crosse Dive Unit.
