Bib pickup: 10:00am-11:45 on race morning at the Cochran's Ski Area main lodge
We founded the race in 2012 as a way to share the trails we love in Northwest Vermont with the New England mountain running community. The race includes great prizes, pancakes and maple syrup after the race, an awesome Vermont atmosphere and you will most definitely see a few fun costumes out on course!
Registration Categories:
Adult Category $30 per person + reg fee
Youth Category (14-18 year old) $25 + reg fee
Kids Category free (kids race starts at 11:15)

USATF-New England Mountain Running Series Event: We’re proud to be a part of the USATF-NE Mountain Running Series, the oldest mountain running circuit in the US. Earn "Mountain Goat" status by finishing a minimum 7 races in the series. Your prize? A coveted bypass in next year's Mount Washington Road Race Lottery!
A Youth Trail Event: Youth Trail is an initiative of American Trail Running Association to increase awareness and participation of youth athletes in trail running. We are offering an automatic discount for youth racers 14-18 years old. More info at Youth Trail.

Raffle: Distributed at bib pickup. Each year these raffle prizes are a little different, but usually include several local sponsor products, Running Saps Maple Syrup and whatever else we think would be fun.Podium Awards: In kind sponsor products to top 3 male, female, and non-binary overall + top 3 in age categories U20, 20-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+ will also receive an award.Royal Goats of the Mountain Preme: The first male, female, and non-binary runners to reach the top of the alpine slope will win a special prize. *You must finish the race.Muddiest: The muddiest across the finish line will win a prize.Proceeds to Benefit: This year we will donate a portion of the race proceeds to the US Junior Mtn Running Team and a local non-profit.
