About the event
2024 Shannon Heil Memorial GR8T Race 8K & 5K / Lincoln Woods State Park, Lincoln, RI. This course will test your endurance by offering you two hilly courses a 8K loop and a USTAF certified 5K course. Both races will start and finish inside Lincoln Woods State Park. All proceeds benefit the Fierce For Shannon Foundation, a 501c3 non profit that provides scholarships, needs-based grants and a global PayIt Forward movement called Share For Shannon.

The RIDEM doesn't allow us to confirm a date until January 1, 2024. However, we are 99.9% sure we won't have any conflicts with the park management team.
RACE START: 8:00 AM
The race is chipped timed.
Each competitor will receive a t-shirt and a finishers medal.
COURSE:
Will be marked and water stations will be stationed throughout the course
AWARDS:
All participants will receive a finishers medal.
Trophies for the overall male/female in each race.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION: 6:30-7:30
