Rooster Days Run

Rooster Days is an enduring local tradition rooted in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma's agricultural heritage. Conceived in 1931 to help farmers market excess roosters, the festival has evolved into the state's oldest ongoing celebration. Despite the decline in poultry activity, Rooster Days remains vibrant, featuring the Rooster Days Run sponsored by TTCU Federal Credit Union. This race takes participants on a scenic route through downtown Broken Arrow, starting and concluding at the festival site. Race entrants receive a race shirt and medal, with food and refreshments available afterward. Special entry pricing is offered for participants 18 years and under.
