Not Ya Mama's 5K

The Calhoun Civic Club hosts the Not Ya Mama's race as part of the Spring Fling celebration. Participants will complete a circuit starting from Calhoun Civic Club and ending at West Ouachita Wellness Park. A kid's fun run takes place around the Wellness Park track. This event supports local scholarships and wellness park renovations. The Spring Fling offers live entertainment, craft and vendor booths, food trucks, kids' activities, and the Louisiana State ICS Chili Cookoff Championship. Visitors can enjoy chili sampling, live music, a craft market, and a kids' zone, with a community Easter Egg hunt to conclude the festivities.
