Norwayne Alumni and Friends, Inc 5K Walk/Run for Scholarships

The Norwayne Alumni and Friends, Inc Walk & Run takes place in Fremont, NC, as part of the Norwayne Alumni Labor Day Weekend festivities. Under the theme "Continue Building Upon A Strong Foundation," the event benefits the Norwayne Alumni & Friends, Inc Scholarship Fund. Participants, encouraged to wear T-Shirts representing their alma maters, will navigate a primarily flat course with a few small hills, starting and finishing at the Norwayne Alumni Building. There are medals for the top male and female finishers, with a participation medal for everyone. Registration fees vary by age group, with free entry for children six and under.
