The Young Men’s Leadership Academy 5K Run serves as a fundraising event supporting the academy's mission to nurture young men into effective scholars and leaders. This event exemplifies Martin Luther King Jr.'s message of resilience and equality. The academy is the first all-boys public school in San Antonio, dedicated to providing a comprehensive educational and social experience. All proceeds fund essential student programming. Participants receive timed race bibs, and there are medals for the fastest time in each age group. Enthusiastic registration is encouraged, with proceeds directly benefiting the students' educational journey.
