MKK's Rugged Race Presented by Independence Bank

The annual MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race at Diamond Lake Resort offers participants a challenging course with 28 obstacles, including water crossings, barbed wire, rope climbs, and mud. Participants can choose between the competitive Elite category or the fun-focused Ultimate category. Every contestant receives a finisher’s medal and t-shirt, with additional awards for top male and female athletes and the best team. The event also features Rugged Kids for ages 8-11, and Rugged Rascals for ages 4-7. Proceeds benefit the impactful work of MentorKids Kentucky, and the event thrives thanks to dedicated volunteers and sponsors.
