Join us as we remember and honor our fallen heroes. Participate in MWR’s Ruck workout fitness event which includes a 2 mile Ruck Run followed by a Circuit Workout Challenge.
Memorial Day Ruck Out (NAB TURNER FIELD)

Second Wave: 0800-0900
Participants are encouraged to wear their own Weighted Ruck or Vest filled with 15 lbs. (min) to 45 lbs. (max) weight of your choice. Workout Challenge includes Pull Ups, Push Ups, and Squats. Choose your fitness challenge below:
BEGINNER:
*50 TRX Inverted Rows
*100 TRX Chest Press
*150 TRX Squats
INTERMEDIATE:
*50 Pull Ups
*100 Push Ups
*150 Squats
ADVANCE:
*100 Pull Ups
*200 Push Ups
*300 Squats
ELITE: (WITH WEIGHTED RUCK OR VEST)
*100 Pull Ups
*200 Push Ups
*300 Squats
