Lite Lope 5K Run & Walk - Hamilton, OH

Join the Lite Lope Walk/Run, an event supporting the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA Cancer Survivor Exercise Program. Sponsored by Kettering Health, in partnership with Molson Coors Beverage Company and the Great Miami Valley YMCA, all proceeds contribute to a program aiding cancer survivors with physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery. Participants receive a race shirt, with any leftovers sold on race day. The program fosters well-being through a free 12-week exercise regimen, allowing survivors to regain strength and flexibility and connect with peers, aligning with the YMCA’s mission to promote healthy living.
