The route will be marked and controlled. The march will be held with traffic completely closed to users outside the event and its participants will enjoy the exclusive use of the road space between the agents of the authority who carry the red and green flags, except in the case of sections of ordinary traffic. The start and end of the closed road section will be announced by the organization's opening and closing pilot vehicles that will carry the relevant signs. Said pilot vehicles will keep a minimum distance of 200 meters with respect to the first and last participant. Once the agent with the green flag has passed, the road sections will become ordinary traffic sections and the participants who still remain in them, forming part of the march, must do so respecting traffic regulations and signs.
