Joe LaRocco 5K

The Knights Crossing Cross Country Invitational, hosted by Cave Spring High School, presents an opportunity for athletes of all ages and skill levels to compete on flat, fast, and grass/gravel courses. The event includes races for elementary-aged students, as well as an open race for coaches, parents, alumni, and the general public. Named in honor of esteemed coach Joe LaRocco, the Invitational invites a diverse range of participants from multiple states. Prizes are awarded to top performers, and participants receive memorabilia to commemorate their participation. On-site services include concessions and medical support to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
