This race is dedicated to continuing the legacy of John Roden, a beloved member of our cycling community. John was not only a passionate cyclist but also a mentor, coach, and friend to many. This event is held in his memory to honor his contributions and to keep his spirit alive in the sport he loved so much. The race serves as a tribute to John's legacy, inspiring future generations of cyclists to carry forward his passion, kindness, and commitment to excellence.

Sportsmanship and Expectations:
We welcome riders of all skill levels, with a strong emphasis on sportsmanship, dedication, and a positive attitude. Participants should be eager to engage, improve their skills, and build fitness. A strong work ethic and respectful behavior are essential, and clear expectations will be set from the beginning to guide commitment and conduct.

Race Course: The course will focus on strategy, skills, and faster-paced riding tailored to the rider's needs.Races: Multiple categories to suit riders' ages and skill levels.Requirements: Acceptable bikes include cyclocross, gravel, mountain bikes, fat bikes, or even a unicycle if that suits you!

Costs:

Race Entry Fees: $40 for participants aged 19 and over, with an additional $5 fee for entering a second race. A valid USA Cycling License is also required.
