Highs and Lows Tour

The Highs & Lows Tour is a one-day cycling event beginning and ending at Plymouth Regional High School, carving through New Hampshire's scenic valleys and majestic mountains. Participants have a variety of routes, including a newly introduced mixed surface/gravel option. The event supports cyclists with SAG vehicles and rest stops offering food and hydration. Beyond cycling, the event focuses on raising awareness and funds for mental illness and suicide prevention, aiming to destigmatize mental health challenges while fostering community spirit. By joining, participants contribute to meaningful change and promote a healthy lifestyle.
