About the event
The Gypsum Daze 5K Run/Walk is a tradition in Gypsum-30 years strong. Serious runners can go for a PR, but we invite everyone to head out for some exercise and fun. There are giveaways and prizes for all and awards for overall male/female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, as well as male and female age categories.
BACK THIS YEAR, 3 cash prizes of $100 each, ANY PARTICIPANT CAN WIN. Three numbers will be drawn representing race finish places and whoever finished in that place will win $100. You could have an overall place of 1st, 3rd, 82nd or 151st and you will win if your number is drawn.
Race begins at Valley Road & Lundgren Blvd. The race is a loop course. The awards ceremony starts @ 9:00 am at the race finish line. Early Registration $15. Day of Registration $25.
