Join us from September 9th to 14th, 2024, for a weeklong adventure biking the Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal trail. This unique journey covers 330 miles of traffic free trails from Pittsburgh to Washington DC, featuring historical sites and beautiful natural landscapes across 3 states.

About the GAP & C&O Trail
The weeklong trail ride offers a blend of scenic and historical experiences, traversing the Great Allegheny Passage and Chesapeake & Ohio Canal trails. Riders enjoy diverse landscapes from colorful forests and charming towns over the Eastern Continental Divide to rolling hills and riverside paths, highlighting the rich heritage and natural beauty of the eastern United States.
Additional Details about the GAP & C&O Ride
- Cost: A registration donation of just $50 is the only initial cost for you! Most costs are covered such as vehicle support, Route Leaders, team cycling jersey and overnight accommodation, leaving you to only cover transport to and from the ride and food during the trip.
- Fundraising: A commitment to raise $5 per mile, totalling $1,650, helps us fund vital MS support services across the US and fund research to end MS.
- Accommodation: Embrace the adventure with overnights in churches, community centers, and camping, with options for alternative accommodations if preferred.
- Support: We provide you the platform to help reach your goal to ride the GAP & C&O Trail. This is a supported bike tour where roughing it is embraced. Rest stops will be provided throughout each day by our Route Leaders and mechanic support is available. You only need to think about food as you go.
- Preparation: Participants receive training guides, fundraising support, regular check ins and one to one support ensuring you're fully prepared for the adventure ahead.
