FROGMAN PRINCE Solo Swimrun

Come experience the ultimate running and swimming adventure in Amoni, Corinth, at the sporting event called FROGMAN PRINCE Solo Swimrun.

Athlos Sports & Events is organizing a two-distance sporting event called FROGMAN PRINCE Solo Swimrun on November 30, 2025. The FROGMAN PRINCE distance will be 22km (RUN 18.3km & SWIM 3.7km) in 17 consecutive intervals. And the FROGMAN SPRINT distance will be 9km with RUN 7.65km and SWIM 1.35km in 7 consecutive intervals.

Event Description

FROGMAN PRINCE

The starting point will be in Amoni, Corinth, outside the Amoni fish tavern and the finish will be on the beach of Almyri at the Kokos Bar Restaurant cafeteria. The route starts from Amoni and passes through the areas of Mikro Amoni, Frangolimano, Vagia beach, Lychnari beach, Katakali, Vrykolakon island, Siderona beach and ends at Almyri beach. The route consists of continuous alternations of 17 total distances. Nine (9) running distances with a total length of 18.3km and eight (8) swimming distances with a total length of 3.7km. The run takes place on uneven terrain and asphalt.

FROGMAN SPRINT

The starting point will be at Lychnari beach in Corinth and the finish will be on the Almyri beach at the Kokos Bar Restaurant cafe. The route starts from Lychnari beach and passes through the areas of Katakali, Vrykolakon island, Siderona beach and ends at Almyri beach. The route consists of continuous alternations of 7 total distances. Four (4) running distances with a total length of 7.65km and three (3) swimming distances with a total length of 1.35km. The running takes place on uneven terrain and asphalt.
