Franklin Outing Club 5k

Here are the event details for the race designed for athletes:• The course is USA Track and Field Certified, ensuring a quality and accurate distance for your performance goals!
• Bibs will be available on the morning of the event.
• Hydration stations will be provided along the route.
• Protect yourself with sunscreen and bug repellent, especially if you plan to walk.
• Compete for medals awarded to the top male and female athletes in various age categories:
- Under 20
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-70
- 70+

• Participants often ask about running or walking with pets. The course traverses the neighborhoods of Franklin, where we cannot guarantee pet control by residents. Responsibility lies with the pet owner. Dogs are welcome, but prioritize safety and completing the course under your own power.
• Enhance your participation by registering through PledgeReg.com. Invite friends to pledge donations for your run/walk. Online donations are encouraged, but checks or cash can be brought on the day. Checks should be made payable to Franklin Outing Club.
