Big Cardio

BiG Cardio is a 5K and multi-sport event. It's a unique blend of all things fitness, sports*, cycle and fun! With more than 10 different fitness activities to choose from and dozens of other attractions, it has become one of South Florida's favorite events. Established in 2008, BiG Cardio offers something for everyone at all ages including games and activities, concessions, entertainment, merchant booths, and more. So, bring your family and friends and spend the day. 

You can even make the event the place for your company picnic, team-building event, or church retreat. We have corporate tents available that include complimentary water and snacks, and an attendant for the day. The fun and activities are already there for you and we do all the work. You just show up with your people and have a great time! What could be better than that?

Benefits foster teens and at-risk youth. And to make it even sweeter, you'll be helping the community at the same time because the event proceeds benefit foster teens and at-risk youth in South Florida through BiG Children's Foundation.
