Ruff Run presented by Paws of Coronado

Join the fun at the Ruff Run presented by Paws of Coronado, a 5K run/walk event celebrating our furry friends. Head to Tidelands Park on Coronado Island for this exciting event supporting the mission of Paws of Coronado to provide every animal with a safe and loving forever home.Participants will receive an official Ruff Run dog bandana, an exclusive doggie finisher medal that can double as a dog tag, a T-shirt for the human, free dog agility training, a Doggie Bag (Swag Bag), and access to live finish results and rankings, as well as overall and age group awards.

Enjoy running or walking the 5K course with your favorite furry companion, starting and finishing at Tidelands Park. There is also a 2-mile shorter course available for walkers and dogs of all abilities, with two aid stations provided for both humans and dogs.

Race day registration and check-in will take place at Coronado Tidelands Park, with yoga and a doggie warmup before the 5K and 2-mile start. Stick around for the awards presentation, dog demo agility show, and the conclusion of the event.

Support the cause by making an additional donation with registration for extra perks such as a special Paws customized race bib, a sweatband, or a special gift along with a Paws race bib.
