I-Run Goa Marathon

The 4th edition of the I-Run Goa Marathon is officially announced for 2023, and the event is set to bring a grand spectacle to Goa like never before. Participants, volunteers, and spectators have been eagerly awaiting the event for two years and now are ready for a best-in-class experience. IRGM is a place for people to celebrate their fitness and come together in joy as they cross the finish line. Before the race, participants dedicate months to training and adding miles to their life. I-Run Goa Marathon is a living example of how running can transform individuals and whole communities, providing a unique atmosphere for men, women, and children of all ages to come out and run. The mission of I-Run Goa Marathon is to promote health, child education, tree plantation, cleanliness, and the reduction of plastic use. The event strives to bring joy and happiness through running to all participants. I-Help Foundation Goa, a youth volunteering organization, is actively involved in helping the underprivileged of Goa and inspiring positive change. The organization has been recognized for their integral approaches and has received recognition from many prominent figures, such as Mrs. Mridula Sinha, the Hon’ble Governor of Goa, and Shri. Shripad Naik, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for AYUSH, Government of India. The vision of I-Help Foundation Goa is to create self-reliant communities powered by selfless individuals. With the I-Run Goa Marathon, the intention is to bring the spirit of fitness and running to every home in Goa and to raise awareness of the importance of trees and soil. The event also supports I-Help Foundation Goa's initiatives, such as I-Help Outreach Goa, I-Educare, I-Warriors, I-Clean, and I-Help Blood Donation Camp and Health Checkup camps, to spread social rejuvenation and education to the underprivileged.
