TriCord Ruck & Run - Oklahoma City

Second annual TriCord Ruck & Run trail run happening on April 12, 2025 to bring awareness and support to Oklahomans whose lives have been effected by trauma and PTSD. All funds raised will go directly to provide life-changing services for military personnel, veterans, at-risk youth and young adults in Oklahoma. Located at Lake Stanley Draper Lake, TriCord Ruck & Run will offer timed and untimed options for distances of 13.1M, 10K and 5K, and an untimed 1 mile fun ruck/run along Draper Lake trail. Run or walk the trail, collect the swag, have lunch at one of the three food trucks and get to know your fellow participants. TriCord Ranch Foundation is all about restoring the community that seems to be disappearing in the current digital culture. 

Packet pick-up is race day at registration tent, next to the First Aid tent.
