Trail Rail Run

The Trail Rail Run offers diverse endurance options along former railroad tracks from Mullan, Idaho, to St. Regis, Montana. The scenic course includes historical trestles, tunnels, and the winding St. Regis River. Finishing at the St. Regis Community Park, the event culminates with music, food, and drink. Participants receive a t-shirt, while individual 50-mile finishers qualify for a special jacket. Proceeds benefit trail improvements, the local community, and an annual scholarship. Supported by St. Regis Community Center and the USDA Forest Service, this event merges sport and history, founded by Jennifer Straughan with contributions from The Trail Radio Station.
