Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon at Rockland Lake

Come and take part in the Fourth Annual Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon being held on Sunday, October 29, at Rockland Lake State Park for a beautiful and speedy tour of the lake. The course is a certified USATF course, with a flat path that promises a great Personal Record. Starting near Parking Field 5, the race will begin with a 1.3-mile stretch along the lake's south end, past the pool and back to the starting point. This will be followed by four full laps of the lake, in a clockwise direction, and end again near Parking Field 5. Volunteers will be keeping track of all the runner's laps. The first 1.3-mile section is also included in the first lap.
