Springout Duo Dash 5k

The 2022 River to River Runners Duo Dash 5k run/walk is a unique race for Southern Illinois.

The Duo is a combination of two runners and their combined finishing time.

There are no rules or limitations on who can comprise the Duo.

The Duo may pre-register or sign up on race day as a team.

Individual runners are also invited to run this race and will be paired prior to the start with their duo partner.

There will be an individual award as well.

The first 100 registrations will receive a very nice participation medal.

Awards will be provided for the top M/M Duo runners, top M/F Duo runners, top F/F Duo runners, top non-binary runners, top individual male runner, top individual female Runner, top Duo Walkers, top individual M Walker and top individual F Walker.

Guarantees for a T-shirt will have a cut off date of August 5th.
