Shell Lake Sprint Triathlon/Duathlon

The Shell Lake Lions Club hosts an endurance sports event at the Shell Lake Beach, featuring a triathlon and a duathlon. Participants can either swim, bike, and run in the triathlon, or choose the duathlon for a run, bike, and run structure. The events, supported by Duluth Timing and Events, allow for individual or team participation. All entrants receive medals for participation, celebrating their efforts. The picturesque Shell Lake area provides an excellent setting with its beautiful lake, well-maintained biking roads, and scenic running trails.
