Sea Girt 5K

Join a summer tradition at the Jersey Shore with a lively event featuring a run/walk/roll accompanied by live music. Participants receive a cool shirt and enjoy an after-party at Fratello's Restaurant & Bar. The vibrant community atmosphere includes entertaining activities for kids like pony rides and face painting. The event supports Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, which provides employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Donations to The Kindness Café are encouraged. The event will proceed under most weather conditions, with postponements only if safety is compromised.
