Run For A Cause 5K - Port Washington

Join us on October 8th 2022 for an epic FUN Run!  The race starts at 9:00am at Inventor's Brew Pub in Port Washington.  This event is a collaboration between Vines to Cellar Winery, Inventor's BrewPub, Fisher House, and the Port Washington Main St.  Whether you are looking to run, walk, enjoy the wine or beer, and/or support local veterans and Main St, this race is a sure thing for a great time and an incredible experience for an amazing cause!   Start/finish line and post race party (Brewery):  435 N Lake St, Port Washington, WI

Race day Packet Pick up will be at Inventors Brewpub at the start line. Race day registration will be available from 7:00 to 8:30 AM. 

 

Are Strollers Allowed? Yes, strollers are allowed on the course.  The course is paved, but there are some curbs and drops in the course so please proceed with caution.  We ask that strollers line up in the back of the start line pack. Are Dogs Allowed? Yes, but they must be on a leash at all times!

 

RACE SWAG Wine & Beer Run Registration:  Includes a race t-shirt, and a glass of wine or beer after the race! (Age 21+ Only) Fun Run Registration:  Includes the same course, same race swag.

 

PARKING Parking is available at various street locations and lots throughout town. Public Parking is available at Ozaukee County Administrative Building, 121 W Main St, Port Washington, WI 53074

 

COURSE MAP The Race Starts and Finishes at Veteran's Memorial Park in front of Inventor's Brewpub.  This is a beautiful and scenic run through the port featuring a 1/4 mile incline at mile 2, but participants are rewarded with an epic view of the lake upon reaching upper lake park lookout area.   Click Here for an interactive map view on mapmyrun.com

 

ENTERTAINMENT DJ/Announcer - locally renowned Ultramarathoner Erik Halling will be providing music an announcements during the event Port Washington Farmer's Market - will be on Main St from 8am-12pm Port Washington Main St Fall Fest-   Hungry after the run?  The Legion Post will be offering Brats, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs for sale at the finish line Last but not least, all registered participants will receive an offer sheet from the downtown businesses.  Stay for the day or come back and enjoy all Port Washington has to offer.  Expiration date may vary.                            PACKET PICKUP Packets will be available at: Vines to Cellar Winery 114 E Main St, Port Washington, WI
