Penn Vet 5k

Join V27 for the first annual Penn Vet 5k! Hosted in Penn Park's Picnic Grove at the University of Pennsylvania from 8 am - 12 pm. Participants can run or walk throughout the course overlooking the scenic Schuylkill River! The park is open at 8 am with the race starting at 8:30 am. After the race, enjoy a fun morning in the park with the Penn Vet community! 

Proceeds will go towards supporting the class of 2027.  Penn Vet 5k t-shirts will be provided for the first 25 participants who sign up! Additional t-shirts can be bought in a pre-sale form that will be sent out or can be bought at the time of the race. Food trucks will arrive between 9:30 am and 10 am with yummy food available for purchase. Games will be available to play on the lawn! Dogs will be allowed as long as they stay on leash. A raffle will be taking place with 2 tickets for $5. The winner will be announced a 11 am!

Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Timing will be manual by our fantastic volunteers but will be available to see on the website after the race. A waiver will be provided at the time of sign-in. There will be bathrooms available. Enjoy a morning in the park with Penn Vet!
