Long Run 5K

Welcome to the J.L. Long Middle School Long Run! The event is a significant fundraiser supporting Dallas ISD’s JL Long Middle School. Organized by the campus PTA, proceeds address crucial funding needs such as sensory items for Special Education, support for the Peace Pantry, and equipment for various school programs including Esports and Zoo Crew. Funds also aid staff support, curriculum training, and the provision of educational materials. Additional goals include supporting student participation in Math, Science, athletic, and music competitions, promoting a college-bound culture, and contributing to campus projects like student gardens and beautification initiatives.
