Kick-off summer vacation with a Fun Run along beautiful Lake Minnewaska!
The GRHS 5K Scrub Run/Walk is a family event, dogs and strollers are welcome! The race is timed, but not officially. Proceeds help support a local cause – Glacial Ridge Hospice.
A medal will be awarded to the First Place Finishers (male and female) and a variety of Door Prizes will be given away (must be present to win).
Pre-registered participants (Before May 27) will receive their choice of a soft District Made brand t-shirt or rocker-style tank top. Please note: Shirts may be substituted for a different color, style, or brand depending on supply chain issues. Thank you for understanding!
Whatever your health and fitness goals are, you can achieve them. Inspired by Dr. Mark Johnson, everyone at Glacial Ridge Health System wishes you well and encourages you to get active and stay active.
