Demarest 5K

The Demarest 5K is a cherished tradition in the Northern Valley, bringing together runners and spectators of all ages. This community event allows children to run alongside their families and experienced runners from nearby areas. Following the main run, the annual One Mile Fun Run offers an inclusive opportunity for additional participation. The Principal's Challenge provides Demarest school children with a structured training program with support from principals and coaches, fostering healthy habits, stamina, and sportsmanship. Ultimately, this initiative culminates in their participation in the main community event.
