Call of the Wilds 25k

International travelers seeking an exhilarating trail running adventure won't want to miss the COTW 25/50K event organized by the PA Trail Dogs. Embrace the challenge of either a 25K or 50K course, each promising to captivate you with Pennsylvania's striking landscapes. Participants will traverse trails like the Mid State, Spiked Buck, Tiadaghton, Pesto, and Panther Run, culminating with the notorious Torbert Trail, ensuring an exciting and unforgettable experience. This event is not for the faint-hearted — the 25K features over 5000 feet of vertical climb and the 50K an impressive 8000 feet, making it essential to train adequately in advance. With strict cut-off times in place to ensure a finish before nightfall, runners will need to pace themselves strategically.

With limited spots available for 400 athletes in total, registration requires prompt action. The entry fee is $70 for the 25K and $85 for the 50K. Bear in mind, there are no refunds, deferrals, or bib switches, and participants are expected to adhere to the "no exceptions" policy.
