Cabo Verdeans 5K

The Cabo Verdean 5K aims to support and uplift individuals affected by breast cancer, their families, and communities in the Cabo Verde Islands. The event focuses on providing medical assistance, donations, and education to reduce the stigma of breast cancer through healthy living, early detection, and annual screenings. The ultimate vision is to improve breast cancer care by establishing treatment facilities on each island. Awards are given in several categories, including overall winners and various age groups. Team categories include Family and Friends, with no limit on team size, where the top three times are scored.
