Burro Buster 5k

The Burro Buster is a fun, family-friendly endurance event in one of America's highest incorporated towns. Join us in Fairplay for a scenic route through the town, starting and finishing at the historic Hand Hotel & Emporium. Participants will traverse varied terrain, including asphalt, dirt, rocks, stairs, and hills, all while enjoying great views, a river, historic buildings, and the unique challenge of high elevation at 9,953 feet above sea level. Water will be available at the beginning and end of the event. Proceeds benefit the Town of Fairplay Scholarship Fund.
