ATW Grafham Triathlon

Experience the exhilarating Grafham Triathlon, organized by the leading triathlon event team in the UK! Whether you're a seasoned athlete pursuing a thrilling challenge or a beginner eager to discover the world of open-water multisport events, Grafham Water offers the ideal backdrop. Known for hosting prestigious triathlons, national championships, and GB qualifier races, this venue promises an exceptional experience.Participants can choose between two stimulating distances:

- Standard Distance Triathlon: 1500m swim, 38km bike, 10km run
- Sprint Distance Triathlon: 750m swim, 17km bike, 5km run

The adventure begins with a swim in the pristine waters of the Grafham Water reservoir, featuring a 750m loop—one lap for Sprint participants and two for those in the Standard race. The biking segment is a flat, out-and-back course that meanders through charming local villages. Sprint competitors will turn at the village of Perry, whereas the Standard course extends to the picturesque town of St Neots.

The running course consists of 5k laps along natural trails around Grafham Water, crossing the iconic dam wall and circling past the finish line and transition area, where enthusiastic support awaits each participant. Sprint racers will complete one lap, while Standard racers will tackle two. For those who prefer not to run, a standard-distance Aquabike (swim-bike) option is also available.
