8 Hours of Brown County

The Indiana Trail Running Association (ITRA) hosts the 8-Hour of Brown County event at Brown County State Park. The event features a challenging 8-hour course open to all participants, offering trail running enthusiasts the chance to run as much or as little as desired. The course includes single track trails with significant elevation changes, starting and finishing at the Recreation Center. Participants can also enjoy optional camping and pitch-in meals during the weekend. ITRA members participate for free, while non-members pay a fee. Special awards are given for the most mileage recorded. This event supports the Indiana Trail Running Association.
