The Spooky Duke 5k, 10k and Costume March

Participate in person or from anywhere in the world for the Spooky Duke 5K, 10K, and costume march. This engaging event supports the Parent to Parent Family Support Network High Country (FSN-HC), an organization dedicated to offering support, education, and connections for families with children facing diverse physical, emotional, intellectual, or health needs, as well as those grieving the loss of a child. The event aims to assist families across several counties in North Carolina.Proceeds will help FSN-HC provide vital services, such as one-on-one family connections, support groups for sharing experiences and offering mutual support, and workshops to equip families with valuable skills. By participating, you are playing a part in reaching more families in need.

The in-person event takes place on the picturesque Appalachian State University campus, while virtual participants have the flexibility to complete their distances on any course they prefer. Register in advance to secure a stylish event t-shirt!
