Take a Breath For Sarcoidosis 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk

Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis is back as an In-Person race! Please join us for our LIVE Run & Walk on Sunday April 14. Registration includes performance shirt and finisher's medal.

Location: DeJon Vineyard, 5300 Hydes Rd., Hydes, Maryland. Start time: 10:00

– 5k participant $40 (LIVE race at DeJon Vineyards)
– 1 mile $35 LIVE race at DeJon Vineyards
– “Silent Hero” with performance shirt and medal – $35 to support the cause, even if you can’t participate 
– Virtual Participant- $35.00*  Virtual Results will be open for submission starting on 4/14/2024

*In-person participants will pick up their packets on race morning, beginning at 8:30 am.T-shirts and packets will be mailed to virtual race participants.

Awards - we will be recognizing the Fundraising Team with the most donations to the Life & Breath Foundation and the Individual Fundraiser who brings in the most donations.
