KhonKaen21 delivers a certified 21.1 km course that highlights the best of Khon Kaen’s urban and cultural landscape. Starting at the iconic Khon Kaen City Gate, the route guides runners past standout landmarks including Wat Nong Waeng, Bueng Kaen Nakhon, the Nakhon Khon Kaen Clock Tower, Bueng Thung Sang Park, and the Khon Kaen City Pillar Shrine. Certified by the Athletics Association of Thailand and the Asian Athletics Confederation, the event offers a competitive edge backed by professional-grade organization and safety, including a medical team trained by the World Academy for Endurance Medicine. As it builds toward World Athletics Road Race Label status, KhonKaen21 invites runners to take part in a truly city-defining event.
