Justice Jog - Playa Del Rey

The Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (GLA ALA) and CASA of Los Angeles are proud to host the 16th Annual Justice Jog, a fun filled event that brings community together to support an amazing cause.

CASA/LA advocates for children and families in LA County’s overburdened child welfare and juvenile justice systems, doing everything possible to ensure that youth in foster care receive the advocacy, mentoring, stability, and services they need and deserve to thrive. Funds raised from the event go toward the recruitment and training of CASA volunteers. More info can be found at www.casala.org

Event Timeline

7am – Registration and Justice Jog Festival area opens to the public

8:00 am – Opening Ceremony

8:30 am – 5K Begins

9:45 am – Kids 1K Begins

10:00 am – Closing and Awards Ceremony

*All participants receive continental breakfast, race bib, official time, event t-shirt, and finisher medal.

All are welcome to join our 5K but only those 12 and under can sign up for the 1K. If you would like to run or walk with your child in the 1K you can, but you must start at the back of the pack to let those youth who are running by themselves have a clear path.
