Dyfi X Swimrun

Welcome to the Dyfi X Swimrun event, set in the stunning UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere. This 17km race takes place on the outskirts of Snowdonia National Park, offering an exhilarating experience for international travelers.Participants will take on a challenging course, consisting of 3.5km swimming and 13.5km running. Divided into six swims and seven runs, this route will test your endurance and push you to your limits.

For nearly 80 years, the Dyfi Estuary has been a hub for fostering resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills in young individuals. The Outward Bound Trust has utilized the beautiful surroundings of the estuary to engage in thrilling wild adventures. Drawing inspiration from this legacy and the Outward Bound spirit, the Dyfi X Swimrun event embraces the original race format from ÖTILLÖ.
