Celebrate the nation's spirit with an invigorating run that embodies grit and perseverance, honoring the founding leaders. This annual run invites participants to join a scenic route starting at Cape Vincent Recreation Park, showcasing the charming village and riverside views. Runners are encouraged to carry an American flag, regardless of size, symbolizing courage. Those undertaking the Challenge option can earn a custom spear by completing the event with a 3x5 flag. All fitness levels are welcome. Participants receive a t-shirt and medal while enjoying a largely self-supported experience. Join in the festivities and enjoy the community spirit.
