About the event
Experience the Charaideo Maidam Heritage RunSafari, a one-of-a-kind running event that celebrates the UNESCO heritage of Assam amidst the stunning historical Charaideo Maidam in Sivasagar. Runners will immerse themselves in the cultural beauty of the region as they journey through the scenic course surrounding the ancient burial mounds of Charaideo, an iconic representation of Assam's rich heritage. Participants can choose from three race categories - 21KM, 10KM, and 5KM - all set on a looped 10.5 KM track.
All runners will receive a premium Dry-Fit T-shirt, medal, goody bag, race bib, and post-race refreshments, along with hydration support throughout the route. E-certificates will be presented to all finishers, with top finishers in the 21KM and 10KM races earning trophies. Special age-group awards are also available for participants aged 50+ and 60+, based on category sizes.
