Cape Crusade Trail Run

The Cape Crusade is an extraordinary 3-day mountain trail run through the picturesque and rugged Hottentots Holland Mountain Range. The single track route starts at Oak Valley in Grabouw and ends 3 days later in Knorhoek Somerset West. The course is widely considered one of the best in the world! The entry fee includes tented accommodation in the race village and 5-star meals, among other extras.Day 1 is 23 km long, starting in Oak Valley and concluding at the Grabouw Country Club. Day 2 is a 20 km loop from and back to the Grabouw Country Club. The final day is 17 km long, beginning at the Grabouw Country Club and ending in Knorhoek Somerset West.The 3-day route is a mix of thrilling single track and technical mountain trails, offering both physical and mental challenges for participants.
