Be a Hero - Run4Kids 5k Run/Walk

Get ready for the Be A Hero – Run4Kids 5k Race. The David Posnack JCC and Lauren's Kids have partnered to host the 3rd annual Run/Walk/Wheelchair Race at the JCC’s 40-acre campus, bringing people together from all walks of life.

This race benefits David Posnack JCC and Lauren’s Kids 
This is a family 5K, meaning everyone is welcome, runners, walkers, joggers, strollers, wheelchairs and tail-waggers.
The event will benefit the JCC's Giborim United program, which includes enrichment classes and summer camp for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities, as well Lauren's Kids programs which educates adults and children about child sexual abuse prevention through in-school curricula, awareness campaigns and speaking engagements around the country and the world.
We encourage FUNDRAISING TEAMS for RUNNERS, WALKERS and SUPPORTERS!
Start your Run/Walk FUNDRAISING Team for the Be A Hero – Run4Kids 5K Race to bring your friends and family together in support of two worthy organizations that are making a difference in our community. Choose a Team Captain and have them register your team.  Once your Team is registered, you can begin recruiting members to join your team and start raising funds with the help of your teammates. We are looking for help from volunteers for this race with set up, take down, water stations, registration, and so many tasks.  We can also offer service hours for students.  If you would like to help, please click here

A Certificate of General Liability Insurance is required to participate.

•    For Profit Exhibitors & Vendors $150
Items Provided to Exhibitors and Vendors
•    One (1) 6 ft table
•    No chairs are allowed, and no electricity will be provided.
Tents
•    10x10 Tents are available for rent with an additional charge of $150.00 per tent.
•    If you are bringing your own 10x10 tent, you must weigh it down with sandbags or a water bucket (no spikes allowed)
