Split Marathon

Great route, well organized! The run is through Marjan Park by the sea, which makes running even more exciting. Simply beautiful!!! It's been a long time since a race left such a big impression on me as this race did. I participated in the Split Marathon for the first time and now I can say with certainty that I'll see you next year, but at 21 km ;)

Eine Reise nach Split lohnt alleine schon wegen der wunderschönen, verwinkelten Altstadt. Auch der Marathon hat durchaus seine Reize. Nicht alle Streckenabschnitte sind gleich attraktiv, aber gerade die zweite Hälfte hat mit ihrem ständigen Blick auf das Meer einiges zu bieten. Die Stimmung des eher kleinen Laufs wird hauptsächlich durch die sehr engangierten Helfer und ein paar Bands getragen. - A trip to Split is worthwhile simply because of the beautiful, winding old town. The marathon also has its charms. Not all sections of the route are equally attractive, but the second half in particular has a lot to offer with its constant view of the sea. The mood of the rather small run is mainly carried by the very dedicated helpers and a few bands. Split is a beautiful city, impossible not to love it!

It was get running again Split was beautiful, well organised, great crowd and atmosphere. Loads to see and do and some fantastic restaurants Lovely place lovely friendly people I will run it again and bring a few friends with me for a fantastic experience Thanks to everyone
