Giddy UP 5K

On Saturday, September 14, 2024, Upper Providence Township  will be hosting the third annual Township Community Day Race – The Giddy UP 5K run and 1 Mile walk!  

Held in Rose Tree Park, the Giddy-UP 5K run and 1 Mile walk feature a rolling course through one of the region's premier community parks. Chip timing provided by Bryn Mawr Racing, free warm-up yoga, a special edition Giddy-UP race shirt, start/finish line support from Wawa, awards for top finishers, and even a starting sendoff by the talented Penncrest Marching Band! 

The 5K run will follow the fast and incredibly bucolic cross-country course in Rose Tree Park. For those who wish to start this fall Saturday off with a morning stroll in the park, the 1 Mile walk will still net you all the extras listed above!
